Maintenance

WideQuick Modular Framework includes an extensive maintenance module. This module allows users to schedule maintenances for objects ins your system. In order to save time the maintenance module allows the creation of maintenance templates. These templates can then quickly and easily be applied to an object maintenance.

There are two ways to display maintenance. One way is through the "Underhåll" popup available on every object. This view shows all maintenance on that specific object. The other is through the summarized view in the main menu under "Underhåll" - "Underhåll - lista". This view shows all maintenance for all the objects in the project. Both are explained in more detail below.

Templates

Templates allows the user to create maintenance templates which can be used to quickly recreate the same maintenance on several objects without having to fill out all information for every maintenance.

The template allows the user to fill in the the type of maintenance, the interval as well as a description of the maintenance for future use.

The maintenance templates can be found in the main menu under "Underhåll" --> "Underhåll - Mallar".

Maintenance templates

From here new maintenance templates can be created by clicking Lägg till. The new post will appear in the list as "Nytt underhåll". Select this post by clicking on it. This template can now be modified by entering the information on the right, next to the list. Once you are happy with the new template, click on Spara in the bottom right corner. This new template is now available for use.

Overriding a maintenance template

When creating a new maintenance task using a template, the new maintenance task can still be edited without editing the template. This is perfect for those cases where additional info is needed on the task or where the deadline differs from the template.

Existing maintenance posts can be updated by selecting them in the list and clicking on the "Öppna" button in the lower left corner. From here the maintenance can be updated with a new deadline, description or status.

Scrollable list and filter

It is is possible to scroll in the list to show more maintenance posts. It is also possible to filter the list by pressing the "Filtrera" button.
